Ted Perrein
Managing Director
Ted is French-British and co-founded Conical Hat in august 2004. He has over eight years experience in finance, software project management and business development activities; six of which spent in Vietnam and Cambodia. In 2001, Ted joined Silkroad, Vietnam's leading outsourcing company, where he successfully held various management positions. Ted graduated from a leading French Business School (ESC Reims) and also obtained a BA in European Business Administration at Middlesex University (London).

Carlton Pringle
Technical Director
Carlton is British and co-founded Conical Hat in august 2004. Carlton manages Conical Hat's research and development team, in a process driven environment with a clear architectural vision. He has worked from 2001 to 2004 as a Chief Technical Officer at Vietnam largest outsourcing company, Silkroad. Prior to that Carlton spent six years designing and developing accounting software development kits at Sage Software a FTSE100 company in the UK. Carlton is a graduate of UMIST (University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology).

Chenda Hut
Client Support Manager
Chenda graduated from the National University of Management, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Prior to joining Conical Hat in September 2004, Chenda taught English (TOEFL) at one of the leading foreign language schools. His English as well as his organisational skills have led him to manage Conical Hat's client support team. His team is in charge of training, technical support, helpdesk as well as producing all required training and support material.

Stuart Pinker
Operations Manager
Stuart is a New Zealander who joined Conical Hat in November 2007. He has over 12 years of Senior Management experience at New Zealand Post. Roles included Management of Mail centres and National responsibility for Postal Automation. He also contracted to South Africa for one and a half years undertaking and successfully implementing a series of Process Improvement Programs. Stuart is qualified in the Six Sigma Process and also bring significant Management and HR experience to Conical Hat.     

Hongly Smeu
Sales Manager  
Hongly is Khmer and has worked for Conical Hat Software since April 2006. He has graduated from National University of Management, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Hongly has 3.5 years experience in sales and marketing and works closely with Conical Hat's sales executive to grow our market share.
